For agencies SEO & AI visibility reporting

Client-ready SEO and AI reports, for every retainer.

Give every client the same scorecard: technical audits, organic performance, and how ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and Perplexity talk about their brand. Run it all from one workspace instead of a stack of spreadsheets.

five tools per account.

Every strategist has their own exports and their own idea of "healthy", and nobody has a standard answer when a client asks about ChatGPT. Linkstonic gives every account the same data and the same playbook.

One scorecard, not five CSVs

When every strategist exports their own files, QBR decks disagree on what "healthy" means. Linkstonic scores every client the same way.

A real answer to "are we in ChatGPT?"

Clients now ask whether AI assistants mention them. Tracked mention rates per engine beat a screenshot and a guess.

Audits that don't die in a PDF

Technical findings stay in the workspace. Scheduled re-audits show which fixes actually shipped and which are still open.

Agency workflows

The jobs account teams do.
The modules that do them.

Spin up a workspace per client, connect their domains and run the same audit and tracking playbook everywhere.

Client workspaces

Each brand gets its own property with its own keywords, audits and history, so data never leaks from one client to another. Leadership gets one process that repeats across the portfolio.

Patchwork vs. platform

Stop rebuilding the stack for every client.

A standard workflow gets new hires productive sooner and cuts down on fire drills. Clients get classic and AI search in one report.

How it works

Roll it out in three moves.

STEP 01Plan

Template your stack

Decide which audits, keywords and AI trackers every client tier receives.

STEP 02Onboard

Onboard each brand

Connect domains, verify access, import Search Console and baseline AI mention scores.

STEP 03Automate

Automate the boring parts

Schedule audits, configure alerts and pipe events into your PM or data tools.

A client deploy breaks something. You hear first.

A retail client pushes an update on Thursday, and an hour later a nine-point health drop lands in their Discord channel. The strategist re-runs the audit, new issues go into the fix tracker, and an n8n webhook creates the ticket. At the monthly review you export a report showing the dip, the fixes and the recovery.

FAQ

Questions agencies ask us.

Data separation, access, limits and branding for multi-client teams.

Need volume licensing?

Compare agency-friendly tiers on the pricing page, or talk to sales about seats and properties.

Compare plans →
Can we keep client data separate?

Yes. Each brand gets its own property, so keywords, audits and history never mix between clients. Put your standard access controls on top, and a report for one client can't pick up another client's numbers by accident.

Do you support SSO or SAML?

Possibly, depending on your plan. Enterprise-oriented plans may include advanced authentication, and the details change as the roadmap moves. Ask sales for the current status before you promise SSO or SAML to a client's security team.

How do you handle API rate limits?

Audits have built-in retries and caching, which keeps rate-limit errors and noisy results down. Very heavy usage may be tiered by plan, so if you run large audits across many client sites, check the pricing page or ask sales about limits.

Is white-label available?

Partly. Exports and slides are yours to brand, so client reports can go out under your agency's name. Full white-label of the app interface depends on your contract, so raise it with sales if clients will log in themselves.

What about multilingual clients?

Track each domain and country separately with Search Console data, and write AI prompts for each market in the language people there use. A client with German and French sites gets a view per market instead of one blended number.

Can junior staff use it safely?

Yes. Read-only roles plus alert-only channels let junior staff watch client accounts and follow alerts without being able to make risky edits. They learn the workflow on live client data while senior strategists keep control of the setup.

Report the same way for every client.
