Why IntentIQ

You don't need more SEO data.
You need an order to act in.

Rankings, audits, internal links and content gaps each produce their own to-do list. IntentIQ merges them, scores every item the same way and tells you where to start.

One inbox, every source

Search Console, website audits, LinkMind, Content Lab and competitor data land in the same opportunity inbox.

Scored, not guessed

Every opportunity gets one priority score: 70% impact, 30% ease. Anything with an impact of 70 or more is flagged high priority.

A plan for Monday

The top 5 actions for this week and a 4-week roadmap, rebuilt as you work. A weekly digest email keeps the whole team on the same list.

Learning layer

It learns from what you do and skip.

Mark each opportunity as Plan, Done or Dismissed. IntentIQ tracks what you've completed, learns from dismissals and stops repeating recommendations you've already handled.

  • Plan, Done, Dismissed

Three statuses keep the inbox honest and the weekly plan current.

  • Fewer repeat suggestions

Dismissals adjust future recommendations for similar issues.

  • Weekly digest

How is priority score calculated?

Impact (70%) plus Ease (30%). Impact comes from the potential ranking or traffic benefit, and Ease from how much effort the fix requires. An opportunity is high priority when its impact score is 70 or more.

What data sources does IntentIQ need?

Google Search Console is the core requirement. Adding a website audit, a LinkMind crawl and Content Lab analysis unlocks more opportunity categories.

What kinds of opportunities does IntentIQ find?

Categories include near-ranking keywords, CTR gaps, cannibalization, technical SEO issues, internal linking, content gaps and competitor opportunities, depending on which sources you connect.

How is keyword value estimated?

The Money Keywords tab sorts your Search Console keywords by clicks and estimates traffic value in $/mo as clicks multiplied by a $1.50 CPC estimate, so you can see which keywords are most valuable to defend and grow.

What's the difference between IntentIQ and TrueTrace?

IntentIQ prioritizes classic SEO opportunities, such as rankings, CTR and technical issues, from Search Console and audits. TrueTrace focuses on AI citation readiness, which is a different layer.

Can I dismiss opportunities I won't fix?

Yes. Dismiss removes an opportunity from your active inbox. IntentIQ learns from dismissals and adjusts future recommendations for similar issues.

Does IntentIQ send weekly emails?

Yes. The learning layer includes a weekly digest email with your current action plan, which is useful for Monday planning sessions.
