TrueTrace AI visibility suite

See where your brand lands when AI answers the question.

TrueTrace audits how ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and Perplexity read your pages and your brand. You get a citability score, the competitors that show up in the same answers, and a way to check later whether your fixes worked.

Why TrueTrace

A mention count tells you AI noticed you.
Citability tells you why it quotes you.

Most AI tracking stops at "were we mentioned?" TrueTrace also shows which of your pages get cited, who else is in the answer, and what to change next.

A score you can act on

The 0–100 citability score comes from content, structure and authority signals, and it ships with a roadmap that puts the biggest fix first.

See who shares the answer

Each report lists the competitors that appear next to you in AI responses and the URLs the engines cite as sources.

Proof that the fixes worked

Reports are saved, so you can compare citability month over month and mark whether AI cited the page after you changed it.

Four ways in

Start with the question you have.
Pick the mode that answers it.

Audit one page, your brand, a handful of rivals, or the keywords where competitors get cited and you don't.

URL mode

Paste a URL. TrueTrace confirms AI crawlers can reach it, pulls out its content signals and estimates how likely it is to get cited.

Every mode ends with a prioritized list of fixes next to the score.
Analysis depth

Quick for a spot check.
Hybrid when it counts.

Every mode runs at two depths. Quick is fast. Hybrid checks the result across multiple models, which takes longer and gives you a more reliable read.

DEPTH 01Fast

Quick

One model pass. Results in seconds, good enough for drafts and routine checks.

  • Citability score
  • Top quick wins
  • Keyword gap detection
DEPTH 02Multi-model

Hybrid

Checked across multiple models, so you get more confidence and a deeper gap analysis.

  • Cross-platform comparison and full citation list
  • AI mention probability %
  • FAQ content gaps
Inside a TrueTrace report

The score, and the evidence behind it.

Each report shows the sources, the sentiment and the questions you're missing, and keeps a record of what happened after you made changes.

Citation source list

The exact URLs AI models cite, so you can tell which kinds of content earn citations in your category.

Sentiment analysis

Whether AI models describe your brand in positive, neutral or negative terms, per platform.

FAQ gap analysis

Questions competitors answer in AI responses that your content hasn't covered yet.

Feedback loop

After the audit, mark whether AI cited your page. Over time that tells you which changes paid off.

Historical tracking

Every report is saved, so you can watch citability move as you ship changes.

Getting started

Your first report takes a few minutes.

STEP 01Mode

Pick what to audit

A single URL, your brand and its target queries, or a few competitor URLs.

STEP 02Depth

Choose Quick or Hybrid

Quick runs one model and comes back fast. Hybrid checks across several models and returns the full citation list.

STEP 03Loop

Fix, then report back

Work down the roadmap, ship the changes, then mark whether AI cited you. The history shows the trend.

A monthly routine

The brand check a client can actually follow.

Once a month you run Brand mode on Hybrid with the same target queries, then check the grid for new citations and new rivals. The FAQ gap analysis shows competitors answering "is there a free plan?" when your pricing page doesn't. Last, you mark whether last month's changed pages got cited, so the report shows proof next to the score.

  • Keep the same target queries every month so history stays comparabl
  • Turn FAQ gaps into short answers on pages you already hav
  • Mark last month's fixes as cited or not yet before you repor

How is TrueTrace different from standard AI tracking?

It measures citability, meaning how likely your URLs and brand are to be cited in AI answers. Mention counts are still there, but TrueTrace adds analysis modes, competitor comparison and a structured list of recommendations.

What are URL, Brand, and Competitor modes?

URL mode analyzes one page. Brand mode scores how visible your brand is for your target queries across the engines. Competitor mode puts several URLs side by side to compare how they do in AI responses.

What is Quick vs Hybrid analysis?

Quick runs a single model pass and returns results fast, which suits drafts and routine checks. Hybrid validates across multiple models, so you get higher confidence, the full citation list and a deeper gap analysis.

What does the citability score represent?

It sums up how well your content matches the signals that tend to go with being cited in AI answers. It doesn't guarantee a citation. Treat it as a prioritized roadmap of what to improve.

How do URL & Brand Audit and Citation Gap fit into TrueTrace?

They are the two TrueTrace modules. URL & Brand Audit scores a page, a brand or a set of competitor URLs for citability. Citation Gap checks your tracked keywords for queries where AI cites competitors instead of you.

Which plans include TrueTrace?

TrueTrace comes with the Pro and Agency plans. Starter covers lighter AI tracking and SEO audits instead. Limits change from time to time, so check the Pricing page for the current numbers on each plan.
